We identify complex challenges, and provide creative and simple solutions for them. We have learned that no matter how big the problem seems, they are all just made up of puzzle pieces that need to be organized in the correct way.

A solution is only worth its lifespan. Too many organizations come in with a quick fix or external dependent solutions, that end up causing more damage than good. We focus on going the extra mile from the very beginning to make sure the solutions we implement are sustainable and self- empowering the local community.

Such as that of SMART (Harvard), Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Timebound solutions to the complex problems we address. By using these methodologies we continuously improve and ensure our success throughout the project.

Many people believe that business does more evil than good. But there are always checks and balances. We create just as much good, even more, in the same markets, and there is plenty of space for that kind of business.

Working at LINK is like being part of a family, we all have each other’s backs and are here for support. Our objective as a team is to grow together. The knowledge and personal growth available and attained in LINK provides each employee with the ability to develop their personal skills and grow personally and professionally. All while creating meaningful projects in fields that truly matter to us. We have found great ways to deal with the stress and pressure that comes from creating such important, large-scale, projects, but we are always looking for new methodologies to adopt – happy hours, company fun days, group tours, daily planking or just a fun laugh in the middle of the day.
We believe the best way to sell is to empower.
By empowering the people that suffer from the problem, your solution/product becomes stronger and more sustainable. They are the ones with the drive to maintain the solution above all, more than any dividend receiver on the other end.
You can only help someone as much as they want to help themselves.
The best solutions will only come to light if you take the time to understand the actual challenges facing you. Imposing solutions is not what we do, nor is it sustainable.
